Change My billing Information
If you are a new or existing Cogeco customer and want to change your billing information, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Customer Portal at cogeco.com.
2. Click on My Billing Information in the navigation bar on the left side of the page.
3. Under Billing Address, select the country or province where you reside.
4. Enter your full billing address, including street number and name. If your billing address is a post office box, you can leave it blank and Cogeco will fill it in for you. Note: If you have more than one billing address, enter each one separately and make sure they are correct spelling and format (e.g., Mr John Smith 123 Main Street, London, ON M5V 2K6). You can also use the map below to help locate your address:
