To report a violation, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Employee Portal.
2. Click on the “For Employees” tab.
3. Under “Complaint Submission Type,” select “Code of Conduct Violation.”
4. In the box that appears, provide as much information as possible about the situation: What happened? Who was involved? When did it happen? Where did it happen? What was said or done? etc.
5. Click “Submit Complaint.” Your complaint will be addressed promptly.
How to Access Your HR Records
HR is the key to your success at HSBC. With the help of this portal, you can access your HR records and manage your personnel files in one place. Here's how to login:
1. Navigate to hsbc.com/hr and sign in.
2. On the left-hand side, select "Employee Portal."
3. On the Employee Portal page, enter your username and password to log in.
4. Click on "My Profile" in the top menu bar to view your personal HR information. This includes your employee profile, contact details, and performance reviews.
