Welcome to the Caregroup Portal Employee Connection! This article will show you how to login to your account and access your account information.
To login, please enter your username and password in the following fields. If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset it.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your account information, including your profile picture, contact information, and job history. You can also manage your email addresses and settings for communication among employees.
How to login to Caregroup Portal Employee Connection
If you are not already logged in to the Caregroup Portal, please click here to login. Once you are logged in, please follow these steps to connect your employee account.
1. In the left navigation bar, click Connections and then Employee Connection.
2. On the Employee Connection page, under Employees, click Connect a New Employee.
3. On the Connect a New Employee page, enter your employee's email address and password. If you have not previously saved your employee's password, you will be prompted to save it now. You will also need to provide your employee's full name and job title.
4. Click Connect. Your employee's account will be connected and they will be able to access their account credentials on the next page that they visit on the portal (for example, their profile).
How to change your password
If you forgot your password, or if you need to change it for any reason, follow these instructions to change your password:
1. Log in to the Caregroup Portal.
2. Click "User Settings" on the top left corner of the screen.
3. Under "Personal Info," click on "Password."
4. Type in your current password and click "Change Password."
5. Enter a new password and click "OK."
How to report a problem with the system
If you encounter a problem with the Caregroup Portal, please take a few minutes to report the issue. By doing so, we can quickly address any issues and improve the user experience.
To report a problem with the Caregroup Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Help" link in the top menu of the portal. This will open a new window with instructions on how to use the Help system.
2. In the Help window, on the left side of the window, click on "Report an issue." This will take you to a new window where you can enter your information about what is wrong.
3. Once you have filled out all of the required information, click on "Submit." This will send your report to their support team for review and resolution.
How to unsubscribe from receiving email updates
If you no longer want to receive email updates from the Caregroup Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Click on the "My Account" button located on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
2. On the "My Account" page, click on "Email Preferences."
3. On the "Email Preferences" page, under "Caregroup Portal Email Updates," select the checkbox next to "Yes, please send me updates about new features and changes to the CareGroup Portal."
4. Click on the "Update Preferences" button at the bottom of the page.
5. On the "Update Preferences" page, under "Caregroup Portal Email Updates," click on the red X next to "Unsubscribe from email updates."
How to add or change your job title
If you are an employee of Caregroup Portal, you can add or change your job title in the Employee Connection section. To do this, click on the "Employee Connection" link in the left navigation bar and then click on the "Job Title" tab. You will see a list of all the jobs that are available at Caregroup Portal. Click on the job title that you want to modify and then enter your new job title in the "Title" field. You can also change your position or department in this section.
How to add or change your company name
If you would like to add or change your company name on the Caregroup Portal Employee Connection, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log into the Caregroup Portal and click on "Employee Connection" in the menu bar.
2. In the "Employee Connection" page, under "My Profile" click on "Add New Company Name."
3. Fill out the form with your new company name and click on "Submit."
4. Your new company name will now be displayed on the "My Profile" page, under "Company Name."
