How to create an account on Wiva Parent Portal
If you are a parent of a student at one of the Missouri school districts listed below, you can create an account on the Wiva Parent Portal to access important student information. Please note that some school districts have additional requirements for creating an account, so please check the district website for more information.
To create an account on the Wiva Parent Portal:
1. Go to wivaparentportal.com and sign in.
2. Click on “My Account” in the top menu bar.
3. Under “Login Method,” select “Create New Account.”
4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click “Create Account.”
5. You will be redirected to the login screen for your district (see below). If you are not redirected, please check your spam folder or confirm that you have written to us using their contact form with your email address and password information so we can associate your account with your contact information. How to login to your account
If you are a parent or guardian of a student using the Wiva Parent Portal, your first step is to login. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Wiva Parent Portal website. If you are not already logged in, click the Sign In link at the top of the page.
2. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click the Log In button.

4. On the left-hand side of the page, under My Account, select Parent Portal Login.
5. Enter your school ID number and password in the appropriate fields and click the Login button. You will be redirected to a page where you can view your student's grades and other information.
How to manage your account
If you are a parent of a student who is using the Wiva Parent Portal, then you will need to login to your account to manage your student's account. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to http://wiva.virginia.edu/.
2. In the top left-hand corner of the screen, click on the “Login” link.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Login” button.
4. You will now be taken to your personal home page on the Wiva Parent Portal.
How to add a child or spouse as a parent
Adding a child or spouse to your Wiva Parent Portal account is easy! Here are the steps:
1. Log in to your Wiva Parent Portal account.
2. Click on the "My Account" button on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
3. Under "Parents & Partners," click on the "Add a Parent" button.
4. Fill out the form and click "Submit."
5. You will now be taken to a confirmation page, where you will need to verify that you are the parent you are trying to add.
6. Once verified, your new parent will be added to your account and be able to manage their child's or spouse's school information and activities through your portal!
How to remove a child or spouse from your account
If you want to remove a child or spouse from your account, you will need to login to the Wiva Parent Portal and follow these steps:
1. Click on the My Account tab at the top of the portal.
2. Scroll down to the section for Children and Spouses and click on it.
3. Click on the Remove Child or Spouse link next to the child or spouse you want to remove from your account.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the removal process.
