How to sign up for the Virginia Women’s Center patient portal
If you are a new patient at the Virginia Women’s Center, or just want to sign in to your account from a different device, follow these steps:

3. Enter your email address and password in the boxes that appear, and click “Sign In”.

4. Complete the registration form and click “Submit”. Your login information will now be saved in their system.
5. If you need to sign out of your account, click on the “Log Out” link on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
How to use the patient portal
Login to the patient portal by clicking the link in the email you received from Virginia Women's Center.
In the login screen, enter your Virginia Women's Center username and password.
You will be prompted to create a new password if you do not have one already.
If you are a clinician or administrator with a Virginia Women's Center account, you will automatically be logged in.
If you are not logged in, click the Login button at the top of the page and enter your username and password.

If you have changed your name, address, or phone number, you can update your information by logging into your account and clicking on “Edit Profile.” From there, you will be able to update your personal information and contact information. When I log into the Patient Portal, I am asked for my name and date of birth. I also have to confirm my email address. After I submit this information, I can access my account and see all of the treatments that I am eligible for. The Patient Portal is secure and encrypted, so my personal information is never shared with anyone outside of the Virginia Women's Center.
How can I report a problem with the patient portal?
If you are having trouble logging in to the patient portal, please try the following:
