2) On the Reporting an Incident page, you will need to provide some basic information about the incident. This includes: what happened, who was involved, and why you believe it is an issue. You can also attach any relevant documents or screenshots if you want.
3) Once you have filled out all the information, click Submit. The school will then review your report and take appropriate action.
