How to login to Uok
If you are not registered with Uok, you can register here. Once you are registered, you can login to the Uok Student Portal.
To login to the Uok Student Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the home screen of the portal and click on “Login” in the top left-hand corner
2. Enter your user name and password
3. Click on “Log In” in the top right-hand corner
4. You will be logged in!
How to register for a Uok account
If you are a new student and have not registered for a Uok account yet, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Uok website and click on the “Login” link in the homepage header.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate boxes and click on the “Login” button.
3. You will be redirected to the Uok registration page where you can complete the rest of your registration process.
If you have already registered for a Uok account, please proceed to step 4.
4. Click on the “My Account” link at the top of any page on the website.
5. On the My Account page, click on the “Account Details” link in the header bar.
6. On the Account Details page, under “My Profile”, click on the “Login” button next to your name.
7. Enter your email address and password again in the appropriate boxes and click on the “Login” button.
8. You will now be taken to the Login Page where you can verify your identity by providing your national ID card number or driver's
How to find your Uok student ID number
If you have forgotten your Uok student ID number, you can find it by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Uok account
2. Under "My Account", click on "Activities and Achievements"
3. On the right-hand side, under "My Acknowledgements", click on "View my ID Number"
4. You will be taken to a page where you can see your ID number and any associated email address or password.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Uok Student Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Click on " Password Policy ".
4. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Update".
5. In the "Password" field, enter your current password and click "Update".
6. Click on "Log out" in the top right corner of the screen to log out of the Uok Student Portal.
How to report an issue with your Uok account
If you experience an issue with your Uok account, there are several ways to report the problem. Below are instructions on how to login to your Uok account, submit a support ticket, and view your account status.
Login to your Uok account:
1. Go to https://uok.edu/login/.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click Login.
3. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password? and enter your email address and old password in the appropriate fields. A new password will be sent to your email address.

2. Enter the issue that you are experiencing in the Issue field and click Submit Ticket.
