Unisys Support Portal provides the quickest and easiest way for customers to access their account information, troubleshoot issues and get support from their experts. If you are having trouble logging in or need help finding your account information, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Navigate to https://supportportal.unisys.com in your web browser.

Unisys Support Portal Login
If you have been trying to login to your Unisys Support Portal account and have been getting the following error message: "Unable to retrieve user information. Please try again later." then you may need to reset your password. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Unisys Support Portal account.
2. Click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the page.
3. Click on the "Reset Password" link next to your account name in the list on the left side of the screen.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Create Password" button.
5. Click on the "Log In" button to finish setting your new password.
