How to login to the Ucc Student Accommodation Portal

To login, click 'Login' on the homepage of the Ucc Student Accommodation Portal. You will then be taken to a screen where you can enter your student number and password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources available on the portal.
How to search for accommodation
To search for accommodation on the Ucc Student Accommodation Portal, you will need to login first. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Accommodation section of the portal and click on the Login link in the top right corner.
2. Enter your student number and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Log In button.
3. You will now be taken to a list of all of the accommodation that is available at Ucc. Simply select the accommodation that you would like to view details about and click on the View Details button.

How to cancel accommodation booking
If you have made a booking and would like to cancel it, please follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the accommodation portal: https://www.ucc.ie/accommodation-portal/
2. Click on the 'My Accommodation' tab and select the booking that you wish to cancel.
3. On the right hand side of the screen, under 'Cancellation Conditions', click on the red 'Cancel' button.
How to change accommodation details
If you have moved or want to change your accommodation details, you can do so on the Ucc Student Accommodation Portal. The portal is available online and allows students to view and change their accommodation information in one place. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.ucc.ie/accommodation and click on the 'Login' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Enter your student number and password (if you have registered for an account with UCC) and click on 'Log In'.
3. On the main screen, select your accommodation type from the drop-down menu below your name and click on 'Change Details'.
4. Complete the required information and click on 'Submit Changes'.
How to manage your account
If you have forgotten your login details, or if you have moved to a new account, follow these steps to reset your password and log in:
1. Click on the 'My Account' icon located in the top right corner of the website.
2. In the 'My Account' section, click on 'Reset Password'.
3. Enter your email address and new password into the appropriate fields and click on 'Reset Password'.
4. You will now be directed to a confirmation page where you can click on the link to log in to your account.
