Lutheran Employee Portal provides employees with easy access to their employee records, paystubs, and other employee-related information. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to login to Lutheran Employee Portal using your username and password.
Login Instructions
If you are a Lutheran employee and have not already registered for the Employee Portal, please do so now. Once registered, you will be able to login and access all of the tools and resources available through the Employee Portal.
Following are the steps to login:
1. Go to the Employee Portal homepage and click on the Login link in the upper left corner.
2. Enter your name (first and last) and email address in the appropriate fields.
3. Click on the Login button to complete your registration.
4. You will be prompted to enter your password. Make sure that you remember this password as you will need it to log in again in the future.
5. If you have not already done so, create a user profile by clicking on the My Profile link located in the center of the page under My Portal Content (see Figure 1). This will allow you to keep track of your personal preferences for using the portal and make it easier for you to find specific information when needed.
Once you have created your user profile, feel free to add any additional content that would be helpful for finding information about Lutherans or accessing resources from within their organization (see Figure

Employee Benefits
Lutheran provides employees with a variety of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and Sabbatical.
To access Lutheran's employee portal, click the "Employee Benefits" link on the home page of the website. This will take you to a page that contains information about Lutheran's benefits program. Below is a brief overview of each benefit:
- Health Insurance: Lutheran offers health insurance for employees and their families. The plan covers hospitalization, doctor visits, prescriptions, and more. Employees can choose between a traditional plan or a flexible plan. Both plans have premiums and contributions that are automatically deducted from an employee's paycheck. The coverage begins immediately upon enrollment.
- 401(k) Matching: Lutheran also offers matching contributions to employees' 401(k) plans. The company contribution is equal to 100 percent of an employee's first 3 percent contribution, up to $18,000 per year. Employees can contribute pretax money or after-tax money.
- Sabbatical: Lutheran gives employees the opportunity to take a sabbatical every two years. The leave can be used for any reason, and it is fully
MyLutheran Portal
If you are a Lutheran employee and have not created an account on MyLutheran Portal, now is the time to do so. You can use your Lutheran email address and password to log in. Once you are logged in, you will be able to access your account information, including your name, contact information, and job opportunities. You can also manage your calendar and files, join online communities, and more!
Leave of Absence
If you are a Lutheran employee and need to take leave of absence, the process is relatively straightforward. Here are the steps:
1. Log in to your Employee Portal account.
2. Click the "Leave of Absence" link on the Home page.
3. Complete the leave request form and click "Submit."
4. Your supervisor will be notified of your leave, and you will receive an email message confirming your leave date and time.
5. Return to work as soon as possible!
Conflict Resolution
The Lutheran Employee Portal provides employees with easy access to their personal records, including employee profiles, wages and benefits, and contact information for the Human Resources department. To login, employees must first create an account. After logging in, employees can view their profiles, view and pay their wages and benefits, and locate contact information for Human Resources.
