If you need to access your personal information, use a secure password manager like LastPass or 1Password instead of storing it on the employee portal.
2. Use strong passwords.
Make sure your passwords are strong and unique. Put them in a safe place and never share them with anyone. Make sure you change your passwords regularly, especially if you've been hacked in the past.
3. Don't leave any personal information on public screens.
Don't leave any personal information visible on public screens, like in chat windows or message boards. This includes your email addresses, social media profiles, and contact lists. If someone steals this information, they could potentially get access to your account and other confidential information.
