These websites are designed to allow students to access their academic records, student organizations, and other vital campus information. In order to login and access these features, most student portals require you to enter your username and password.

How to Troubleshoot Problems with the Student Portal
If you're having trouble logging in to the Student Portal, there are a few things you can do to try and troubleshoot the problem. First, check to see if you've entered the correct user name and password. If you're sure you have, double-check that you're using the correct network port number (port 80 by default) and browser type (Chrome or Firefox). If all of those things appear to be correct, then it might be something on the Student Portal side of things. Try clearing your cache and cookies, restarting your browser, or switching to a different browser. If none of those solutions work, please contact the IT support desk for help.
