How to dispute a charge on your credit card
If you feel that you have been charged for an item you did not purchase, there are steps you can take to dispute the charge. Below we will outline the process of disputing a charge with Staffpoint.com.

On the Dispute a Charge page, you will be asked to provide information about your charge, including the date of the purchase, the product name and price, and the staffpoint code used for the purchase.
