How to login to the St Xavier Parent Portal
To access the Parent Portal, parents must login using their email address and password. The Parent Portal is accessible at stxavier.edu/parentportal. Parents can manage their student account, academic progress, and more.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:
1. Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the homepage.
2. Enter your email address in the “Your Email Address” field.
3. Select the “I forgot my password” option and click the “Generate Password” button.
4. Enter your new password in the “New Password” field and click the “Confirm New Password” button.
5. Click the “Log In” button to log in to Parent Portal.
How to report a concern
If you have a concern about the school, please click on the "Report a Concern" link on the left-hand side of the page. This will take you to a form where you can provide as much information as possible about your concern. They will then work to address your concern as quickly as possible.
How to unsubscribe from mailing lists
To unsubscribe from any email newsletters you have subscribed to, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Parent Portal and click on "My Account."
2. On the left-hand side, under "My Profile," click on "Mailing Lists."
3. Under "Mailing Lists," you will see a list of all of the newsletters you are subscribed to. Click on the name of the newsletter you wish to unsubscribe from. A pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to unsubscribe. Click on "Yes, Unsubscribe."
4. Your subscription will be cancelled and your email address will be removed from all of the newsletters that you have subscribed to.

How to manage your account
If you are a parent of a student at St. Xavier High School, you can manage your account on the Parent Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the Parent Portal link on the home page of the school website.
2. Enter your User ID and Password in the login form and click the Login button.
3. You will be taken to the My Account page. On this page, you can view your student's information, add or edit contact information for your student, and manage other school related activities and notifications.
