How to view your incidents and recordings
If you have Junocam installed on your computer and registered for an account, you can view your incidents and recordings by logging in to the web portal. To log in, first open the Junocam web portal at www.junocam.net. Click the "Login" link in the top left corner of the screen. Enter your registered user name and password and click the "Log In" button. The web portal will open with a list of recent incidents and recordings. You can also access previous incidents and recordings by clicking on the "History" tab at the top of the page.
How to request a copy of your recorded footage
If you have footage from Junocam that you would like to share with the public, you can request a copy of your recorded footage through their web portal. To request a copy of your recorded footage, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Junocam web portal.
2. Select the "My Videos" tab on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Click on the "Request a Copy of Recorded Footage" button located in the lower right-hand corner of the page.
4. Fill out the required information and click on the "Submit Request" button.
