How to login to the Spring Lake Park Schools Parent Portal
If you are a first time visitor, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the link to the Parent Portal located on the home page of their website.
2. Enter your user name and password in the boxes that appear and click on "Login".
3. If you have not already done so, create an account for yourself by clicking on "My Account" in the upper right corner of the Parent Portal screen. Once you have created your account, you will be able to login to the Parent Portal at any time by clicking on "Log In".

How to manage your account
If you are a parent of a student at Spring Lake Park Schools and have been using the Parent Portal to access important school information, please follow these steps to login:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal by going to http://springlakeps.com/parentportal and entering your user name and password. If you have not already created an account on the Parent Portal, you will be prompted to do so when you log in for the first time.
2. Once you are in the Parent Portal, click on “My Students” on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. On the My Students page, select your child’s name from the list of students and click on the “Edit Profile” button next to their name.
4. On the Edit Profile page, enter your child’s current grade level, attendance status, and any other important information about your child. You can also update your child’s contact information and online photo if you have one available. Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of this page.

How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you no longer wish to receive notifications from their website, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Parent Portal account.
2. Click on the "Notifications" link in the left-hand column.
3. On the "Notifications Settings" page, scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Unsubscribe" link.
How to report a problem
If you are having trouble logging in to your parent portal, or would like to report a problem, please follow these steps:
1. Go to www.springlakepark.org and enter your user name and password at the login screen. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact their school office.
2. Click on the My Students link on the left-hand side of the screen. You will see a list of all of your students' information.
3. On the My Students page, click on the blue pencil icon next to a student's name to open their information in a new window.
4. On the Student Information tab, click on the Report Problem button. This will take you to a new page where you can provide detailed information about your problem.
How to contact the school district
If you are having issues logging into the parent portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the link "Parent Portal Login" in the home page of the Spring Lake Park Schools website.
2. Enter your login information and password.
3. If you have not yet created an account, you will be prompted to do so. Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu on the left side of the screen. The first option is "Parent Portal."
4. If you have already logged in, click on "My Account."
5. On the right side of your screen, under "My Account," click on "Contact Us."
6. On the next page, under "Contact Us," click on "School District."
7. You will be taken to a form where you can provide your contact information and email address for questions or concerns about your child's education at Spring Lake Park Schools.
