How to login to Harborview Patient Portal
If you are a Harborview patient, you can use the Patient Portal to access your medical records and hospital information. To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.harborview.ca and enter your patient number in the "Find My Patient" search bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on the "Patient Portal" link on the right side of the page.
3. Enter your patient PIN in the "Password Strength" field and click on "Login."
4. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Please make sure that you remember these details as they will be needed to access your account later on. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions provided.

How to find your account number
If you are a new patient at Harborview, you will need to find your account number. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Harborview Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Account."
3. On the "My Account" page, under "Account Numbers," click on "View my account number."
4. The account number will be listed next to your name.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Harborview Patient Portal using your email address and password.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Click on the "Change Password" link at the top of the page.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Update Profile" button to save your changes.

How to get health information about a family member
If you are looking for health information about a family member who is a Harborview patient, you can use their Patient Portal to access their records. To login, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Patient Portal website at harborview.org and sign in. You will be prompted to create a new account or log in with your current account.
2. Click on the My Patients tab and then select the patient you want to access their records for. You will be able to see all of their recent medical information, including medications, discharge information, and more.
3. If you would like to contact the patient directly, click on the Contact button and enter their contact information. You can also print out a copy of their medical record for your own personal use.
How to request special assistance
If you are having difficulty logging into the Harborview Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Harborview Patient Portal website (https://www.harborview.org/PatientPortal).
2. In the top right-hand corner of the screen, click on “Login.”
3. Enter your username and password and click on “Log In.”
4. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “My Account.”

The patient portal is a way for you to connect with your health care team. After you submit a request, the patient portal will communicate with your health care team to get started.
The patient portal will help you coordinate your care and keep track of your progress. You can also use the patient portal to find information about your health and medications, ask questions and connect with other patients and caregivers.
