If you're a Rosebank student, you'll need to create an account in order to access the many resources available on their student portal. In this article, we'll show you how to login and use all the features of the portal.
How to login to Rosebank Student Portal
To login to the Rosebank Student Portal:
1. Go to rosebank.ac.za and sign in with your student number and password.
2. Click on 'My Rosebank' on the left-hand menu and select 'Login'.
3. Enter your student number and password, click 'Log In' and you will be taken to the home page of the portal.
4. Click on the 'Log In' button in the top right-hand corner of the home page to log in.
How to add a new student
Adding a new student is easy! Log in to the Rosebank Student Portal, click on "Students" on the left-hand menu, and select "Add New Student." Fill out the form and click "Submit." You're done!
How to edit your student details
If you need to update your student details or change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Rosebank Portal. (If you don't have an account, create one now.)
2. Click on "Student Details" on the left-hand side.
3. You will see a list of all of your current student details. To edit any of them, click on the blue "Edit" button next to it.
4. Enter your new details in the fields provided and click "Save."
If you just want to change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Rosebank Portal. (If you don't have an account, create one now.)
2. Click on "Password & Security" on the left-hand side.
3. Click on "Change Password."
4. Enter your new password in the field provided and click "Save."
How to cancel your student account
If you have any questions about cancelling your student account, please feel free to contact their customer service team at 1-844-786-2767.
To cancel your student account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Rosebank using your username and password.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab located in the top navigation bar.
3. Scroll down to the "Cancellations" section and click on the "Cancel My Account" button.
4. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation request.
5. Once you have confirmed your cancellation, your student account will be cancelled and all of your data will be removed from their system.
How to view your student grades
To view your student grades, navigate to the Rosebank Student Portal and sign in using your school ID and password. Once you are logged in, select "My Student Record" from the menu on the left-hand side. You will then be able to view your grades, attendance history, and other important information related to your academic progress.
How to view your transcripts
To view your transcripts, you will first need to login to your Rosebank Student Portal. To do this, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to www.rosebank.ac.za/students/portal and log in with your student number and password.
2. Click on the "My Transcripts" tab at the top of the page.
3. On the My Transcripts page, you will find a list of all of your courses and their grades. You can also see which modules you have completed and which exams you have passed. You can also view your academic transcript in PDF or Word format.
How to make a payment
If you are a student at Rosebank and have an active MyRosebank account, you can make a payment using your bank account or credit card. To make a payment online, follow these steps:
1. Log in to MyRosebank.
2. Click on the "Payment" tab.
3. Select the payment method you want to use.
4. Enter your bank account or credit card information.
5. Click on "Submit" to make your payment.
