Rocky Hill Pediatrics is excited to announce their new Patient Portal! The Patient Portal allows parents and caregivers to easily access health information, medication logs, and school records for their children. To login, please follow these simple steps:
1) Go to rockyhillpediatrics.com and click on the "Login" tab on the top menu bar.
2) Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click "Log In".
3) You will now be taken to the "My Profile" page, where you can view your account information, including your contact information and recent visits.
4) To access your child's records, click on the "My Child's Records" link under the "My Profile" heading. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your child's medical records, including immunization logs, doctor appointments, and more!
How to login to your Rocky Hill Pediatrics Patient Portal
The Rocky Hill Pediatrics Patient Portal is a secure online resource where you can manage your medical information and connect with your care team. To login, please follow these steps:
1. Create a new account or sign in to an existing account. If you have not created an account yet, you can create one by clicking on the "sign in" link in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab. You will be prompted to enter your name, email address, and password.
3. Click on the "User Profile" link under your name in the "My Account" tab. This will open your user profile where you will be able to see all of your medical records and settings for your Patient Portal account.
4. Click on the "login" button next to the "My Profile" link to login to your Patient Portal account. You will be prompted for your name, email address, and password again.
5. Once you have logged in, you will see the main screen of your Patient Portal which contains links to various sections of the site including My Profile, Medical Records, Calendar, Contact Us
How to access your medical records
If you are a Rocky Hill Pediatrics patient, you can access your medical records through their Patient Portal. To login, follow these steps:1. Click the "Patient Portal" link on the home page of their website.2. Enter your login information and password.3. Click the "My Profile" link to view your personal health record.4. Use the "Message Boards" and "Downloads" menus to access additional resources.
How to make changes or additions to your account
If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page. From there, you will be able to enter your email address and create a new password.
