If you are a patient at a RMACT hospital, you may soon be able to login to your patient portal using your smartphone. The patient portal is a centralized website where patients can access information about their care, manage their appointments and more. Patients will be able to use their smartphones to login to the patient portal starting later this year.
How to login to the RMACT Patient Portal
If you have not already done so, please create a login account on the RMACT Patient Portal. You can do this by clicking on the “Create Account” link at the top of the page. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all the resources and services available on the RMACT Patient Portal. Here are some quick tips to help you get started:
1. If you are a new patient or caregiver, please review their tips for new patients and caregivers.
2. If you need to find information about a particular health condition, their alphabetical index of conditions will help you find what you are looking for.
3. If you need assistance with theming the Patient Portal, their helpful staff is available 24/7 to answer your questions. Simply click on the “Contact Us” link located at the bottom of each page on the portal and we will be happy to help!
How to access your medical records
If you are a registered patient of RMACT, you can access your medical records through their Patient Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to their Patient Portal at www.rmact.org/patient-portal.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click “Log In”.
3. You will be taken to the main Patient Portal page. To access your medical records, click on the “My Documents” tab on the left side of the page.
4. On the My Documents page, you will see a list of folders under “My Profile”. Under each folder is a list of files and folders contained within that folder. The files and folders are organized by date. The most recent file or folder is at the top of the list, and older files or folders are listed beneath it in reverse chronological order. You can access any file or folder by clicking on its name or thumbnail image.
5. If you have multiple physician appointments scheduled for the same day, each appointment will be listed separately under “Appointments” on the My Documents page. You can select an appointment to view
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you would like to unsubscribe from email notifications for the Rmact Patient Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Log into the Rmact Patient Portal.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab.
3. Under “Email Notifications,” scroll down to see the list of notifications you have subscribed to and click on the “Unsubscribe” link next to each one.

How to report an issue with the Patient Portal
If you are having trouble logging into the Patient Portal, there are a few things you can do to try and resolve the issue. First, make sure that you have the latest version of the software installed. If you are still having trouble logging in, try following these steps:

3.Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed
4.Make sure that you have cookies enabled in your browser
