If you are a patient at River Oaks Hospital, you now have access to their Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is a secure website that allows patients to access their medical records, schedule appointments, and more. To use the Patient Portal, you will need to first login. To do this, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the Patient Portal homepage and click on the "Login" link in the top right corner.
Step 2: Enter your patient number (which is located on your hospital identification card or on your admission or discharge paperwork) into the "User ID" field and click on the "Log In" button.
Step 3: If you have added a mobile number to your account, enter that number into the "Mobile Number" field and click on the "Log In" button.
Step 4: If you have added a social media account name (for example, Twitter or Facebook), enter that name into the "Social Media Login" field and click on the "Log In" button. (Note: You will need to create a password for your social media account.)

1. Go to the River Oaks Patient Portal homepage and click on the “Create an Account” link in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Fill out the required information and click on the “Submit” button.
3. You will be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to enter your email address and password. After you have entered these details, click on the “Confirm Your Email Address” button and you will be ready to login to your account.
Once you have logged in, you will see the main screen of the portal where all of your patient records are located. To access any of your records, simply click on the “My Records” tab and then select the record that you want to view.
