How to login to the Elan Towne Center Resident Portal
If you are a resident of the Elan Towne Center, you can login to the Resident Portal to access your account information, recent activity, and more. To login, follow these steps:
-Go to elantowne.com/residentportal and click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of the homepage.
-Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
-You will be taken to a page where you can view your account information, recent activity, and more.
How to view your account information
To view your account information, log in to the Elan Towne Center Resident Portal. After logging in, you will be able to view your account details, including your contact information and account history.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to the Elan Towne Center Resident Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab on the top left of the screen.
3. Under "Account Details," click on "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click "Update."
How to unsubscribe from emails
If you no longer want to receive emails from the Elan Towne Center, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions below.
1. Log in to your account at elantowne.com.
2. Click on the "My Account" link located at the top of the homepage.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Email Preferences" link located in the "Your Account Details" column on the right side of the page.
4. In the "Email Preferences" window, click on the "Unsubscribe from Emails" button near the bottom of the window.
5. You will be prompted to confirm your unsubscription by clicking on the "Submit Unsubscription Form" button.
6. Once you have unsubscribed from all emails from Elan Towne Center, please delete your account information at elantowne.com and refrain from using this service again in future visits to their website or property!
How to report a problem
If you encounter a problem at Elan Towne Center, you can report it through the Resident Portal. Here's how:
1. Go to elantownecenter.com/residentportal.
2. Sign in with your Elan ID and password.
3. Click on the "Report a Problem" link in the left column.
4. Describe your issue in as much detail as possible, and provide any supporting documentation or screenshots you may have.
5. Select the category of problem you're experiencing (example: "Security"), and choose the severity level (example: "Low").
6. Click on the "Submit Report" button to send your information to Elan staff.
