The Resident Portal Zephyr is a new service from UPMC that allows healthcare providers to securely access their patient medical records from any device. In this article, we'll show you how to login and access your records using the Resident Portal Zephyr.
How to login to Resident Portal Zephyr
If you are a new user, or have forgotten your password, you can login to the Resident Portal using the following steps:
1. Log into your email account and click on the link in the email that confirms your account registration.
2. On the login screen, enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions.
3. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the home screen of the Resident Portal.
