How to login to your Resident Portal
If you are new to using the Realpage Resident Portal, first follow the steps in this article: How to create an account. Once you have created an account, follow these steps to login:
1. Open the Resident Portal homepage and click on the Login link in the top left corner.
2. Enter your Username and Password and click on the Log In button.
3. If you have not already registered for a MyRealpage Account, enter your MyRealpage Account details and click on the Register Now button.
4. Your resident portal is now logged in!
How to manage your Resident Portal account
If you are a resident of Realpage and have not already done so, please login to your account to manage your profile, preferences and messages. To login, follow these steps:
-Click the "Login" button on the top right of your screen.
-Enter your email address and password.
-Please note that you will be prompted to update your password if it is less than 8 characters long.
-Once you have logged in, you will see the following screen:
From this screen, you can manage your account information, including your profile picture, likes, messages and preferences. You can also contact them if you need help logging in or have any other questions.
How to create a new account
To create a new account, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Realpage Resident Portal.
2. Click on the "Users" link in the top menu bar.
3. Click on the "New User" button to create a new account.
4. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Create Account" button.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can change it here. To change your password, please click on the "Forgot Password" link below. Your new password will be sent to the email address that is associated with your account. If you do not remember your email address, please contact customer service at (800) 682-2939 for assistance.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you no longer wish to receive notifications from the Realpage Resident Portal, please unsubscribe by following the instructions provided below. Please note that if you unsubscribe before your current subscription period has expired, you will not be charged again.
1. Access the "My Account" page on the Realpage Resident Portal.
2. Under "Notifications," click on the "Unsubscribe" link next to the notification you wish to unsubscribe from.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your unsubscription.
How to dispute a charge
If you have a dispute about a charge on your bank statement, you can login to the Realpage Resident Portal and dispute the charge. To login to the Resident Portal, go to realpage.com and sign in. From the home page, click on the "My Accounts" link. Under "My Charges," select the charge you want to dispute. On the right side of the screen, under "How to Dispute This Charge," click on the link that says "Dispute This Charge." In the window that pops up, provide information about why you think the charge is wrong and please include any supporting documents you have. If you are able to resolve the dispute with Realpage, we will refund your money immediately. If you are not able to resolve the dispute with Realpage, we will forward your dispute to your bank for resolution.
