How to sign up for the patient portal

On the Patient Portal home page, click on the "Create an Account" link in the top right corner. You will be prompted to enter your name and email address. You will then be able to create a password and confirm your account. Once you have created your account, you will be able to login and access all of the information in your patient record.
How to login to the patient portal
For patients who are new to the Pinon Family Practice, the patient portal is a great way to stay connected with their health and care. The patient portal is a secure online space where patients can manage their health records, book appointments, and communicate with their doctor.
To login to the patient portal, please follow these steps:
1. From your computer, open the homepage of the Pinon Family Practice website.
2. Click on “Patient Portal” in the left-hand toolbar.
3. In the Patient Portal window that opens, enter your username and password. If you have not created a username and password, we will ask you to do so now. Once you have entered your username and password, click on “Login” at the top of the window.
4. The Login window will close and you will be taken to the Patient Portal main screen. From here, you can start using all of their features!
How to find your account number
If you are a new patient, please go to their online registration page and enter your first name, last name, date of birth and click "Register Now."
If you are an existing patient, please login to their patient portal.
Your account number is the nine digit number at the top right of your screen. It begins with 912 followed by your last name. You can also find your account number by selecting "My Account" from the main menu on their website and clicking on "View Account Number."
How to change your password
If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions. You will need your email address and your new password.

How to make a payment through the patient portal
Making a payment through the patient portal is easy and can be done in just a few steps. The first thing you need to do is sign in to your account. Once you're logged in, click on the "My Account" tab located on the top menu bar. On the My Account page, you will see a payment button. Click on the button to open the payment gateway page.
To make a payment, enter your bank name and account number into the appropriate fields, and click on the "Submit" button. You will be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to confirm your payment by clicking on the "Confirm Payment" button. After confirming your payment, you will be taken back to the patient portal page where you will see your new payment status.
