How to login to the Utas Student Portal
If you are a Utas student, you will need to login to the Utas Student Portal in order to access your account information, course schedule, and other important campus resources. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Utas account by clicking on the "Utas" logo in the top right corner of any web page.
2. In the "Login" box that appears, enter your Utas ID and password.
3. Click on the "Log In" button to finish logging in.
How to update your contact information
If you have ever changed your email address or phone number on the Utas website, you will need to update it on your portal account as well. To update your information:
1. Log in to your portal account.
2. Click on My Account in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Under My Profile, click on Contact Info.
4. Enter your current email address and new phone number into the appropriate fields and click Update Profile.
5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your student portal using your username and password.
2. Click on "My Account" on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Under "My Account Settings," click on "Password."
4. Enter your old password and new password in the appropriate fields and click on "Save."
How to sign out of the Utas Student Portal
1. Click the Utas logo in the top left corner of your screen.
2. On the main menu, click "Login."
3. Enter your Utas login credentials and click "Sign In."
4. If you have not already done so, select "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address to receive a new password. Click "Submit."
5. On the main menu, click "Logout."
How to view your account information
If you have forgotten your username or password, you can reset them by clicking the "Forgot Username?" link on the login page and entering your email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link and entering your email address.
How to submit a request for access or correction
If you are a student and you need access to the Utas Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Utas portal account by clicking on the “Account” link on the top left of the homepage. If you do not have an account, create one now.
2. Click on “submissions” in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
3. In the submissions box, click on “request for access or correction”.
4. Follow the instructions on the next page to submit your request.
How to file a complaint
If you have a problem or complaint with UTAS, the first step is to try and resolve it yourself. If that doesn't work, you can try to find a solution through the Student Portal or contact your student services coordinator.
To file a complaint:
1. Log in to the Student Portal.
2. Click on "My UTAS Account."
3. On the left-hand side of the My UTAS Account page, click on "Complaints & Issues."
4. On the Complaints & Issues page, click on "File A Complaint."
5. Complete the form, and click on "Submit." Your complaint will be sent to the appropriate party for investigation.
