How to login to the Physicians Primary Care Patient Portal
If you are a registered patient with Physicians Primary Care, you can access their Patient Portal to view your health records, order prescriptions and much more. Here's how to login:
1. Log in using your unique Patient Portal ID and password.
2. If you have not already created a Patient Portal account, click on the "Create Account" button to create an account. You will need to provide your name, email address and other personal information.
3. Once you have logged in, you will see the main Patient Portal home page. On the left side of the page, under "My Accounts," you will see all of your active accounts, including your Physicians Primary Care account. Underneath each account, you will see a list of items that are available to you as a registered patient. These items include: My Health Records, Prescriptions, Appointments and upcoming events.
How to use the Patient Portal
If you are a physician who is new to the Patient Portal, or if you have forgotten your login credentials, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on "My Profile" at the top of the page.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click on "Log In."
4. If you are a new physician, you will be prompted to create a new account. If you are an existing physician, your login credentials will be automatically saved.
5. You will now see all of your patient records in one place! To view a record, simply click on its name in the list below "My Profile." You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to find specific information about a patient's record.
