1. Open Pembroke Portal.
2. Click on the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of the main page.
3. Enter your username and password and click Log In. If you do not see the Login link, click on My Profile at the top of the page.
How to login to Pembroke Portal
If you are looking to login to Pembroke Portal, there are a few different ways you can do this. The first way is to use your username and password. If you have not changed your password in recent memory, you can try entering your old username and password into the login form on the homepage. If that does not work, you can also try entering your email address and password into the login form. If that does not work, you can also try signing in using your Facebook account.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Forgot your Password?" link on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click submit.
3. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Click on the link to reset your password.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click submit.
5. You will be asked to confirm your new password. Click on the "Confirm New Password" button to continue.
How to sign in with a Google account
Pembroke Portal offers users the ability to sign in with a Google account. This is perfect for users who want to access their Pembroke Portal content from any device or computer. To sign in with a Google account, follow these steps:
1. On the home page of your Pembroke Portal account, click the sign in icon ( ) and enter your username and password.
2. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter your second factor code after clicking the sign in button.
3. If you have signed out of your account previously, enter your login name and password to sign in again.
4. If you have not yet logged into your Pembroke Portal account, you will be prompted to create an account first. After signing in, you will be able to access all of the content and features of your account.
How to sign in with a Facebook account
If you are not already logged into Facebook, you will need to do so before proceeding. To sign in with a Facebook account, follow these steps:
1. Click the Facebook logo on the top left corner of the homepage.
2. Type in your login credentials and hit enter.
3. On the main page, under "People You May Know," click "Add People."
4. In the "Add People" window, select "Connect With Facebook."
5. Enter your name and email address and click "Next."
6. On the next screen, enter your password and click "Finish."
7. You will now be logged in to your Facebook account and can begin using Pembroke Portal!
How to sign in with a Microsoft account
If you're looking to sign in to your Pembroke Portal account on a computer or mobile device, you can do so by using a Microsoft account. To create a Microsoft account, visit signin.microsoft.com. Once you've created a Microsoft account, you can use it to sign in to your Pembroke Portal account and access your resources online.
To sign in to your Pembroke Portal account using a Microsoft account:
1. On a computer, sign in to your Microsoft account.
2. In the browser window that opens, enter the following address: https://portal.pembrokecollege.ca/.
3. In the login box that appears, enter your user name and password (if you have them). If you don't have a user name or password, click Sign Up and follow the instructions that appear.
4. If you're signed in with a Microsoft account already, you won't need to enter your user name and password again. Click Log In to continue.
How to add a new user
Adding a new user is easy with Pembroke Portal. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Users menu and select Add New User.
2. Fill out the required fields and click Save User.
3. The newly added user will be displayed in the list of users on the Users menu.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have changed it and need to reset it, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Pembroke Portal account. If you don't know your password, enter your email address in the "Forgot my password?" box and we'll send you a link to reset it.
Step 2: Enter your new password in the "New Password" box and click the "Create New Password" button.
Step 3: Click the "Reset Password" button to generate a new password and confirm it.

How to update your information
To update your information, please login to the Pembroke Portal and go to "My Profile" in the upper right hand corner. You will need your Username and Password from when you signed up for a Pembroke Portal account. If you have not already done so, please create an account now by clicking on the "Create Account" link in the upper right hand corner of this page. Once you have logged in, click on the "My Profile" button to enter your Username and Password. Once you have entered both of these pieces of information, click on "Update Account Info." You will now be able to enter your new contact information - including your Email Address and Phone Number - as well as any other changes or updates that you want to make to your profile.
