- Navigate to the City Portal home page and click on the Login link in the top right corner.

- If you are not already logged in, City Portal will prompt you to login.

How to sign in to City Portal using a mobile device
If you're using a mobile device to access City Portal, follow these instructions:

3. Enter your email address and password and tap Sign In again.
4. If you have an account with the City of Chicago, you'll be prompted to log in. If not, you'll be prompted to create an account.
5. If you have an account with the City of Chicago, you'll see the home page of City Portal. If not, you'll see a list of recent actions you've taken on City Portal.
6. To return to the home page of City Portal, tap the Home icon (an H at the top right of the screen).
