If you're a registered patient at one of the nation's hospitals, chances are you've used the hospital's patient portal to manage your health information. Patient portals allow patients to view their records and make appointments, among other things. Here we'll show you how to login to your hospital's patient portal, so that you can start using it to manage your health information.

If you haven't already, be sure to create an account on the Patient Portal. This is the quickest and easiest way to get started with your care. There are several ways to create an account, and we'll show you how to do it below.
You can either use your email address or social security number. If you have a patient portal account but don't have your email address or social security number, you can get them from your health plan:
-If you have a Covered California health insurance plan: Visit www.coveredca.gov and sign in using your Covered California ID number (found on the back of your ID card). Under "My Account," select "Patient Portal." On the Patient Portal home page, under "Account Types," choose "Create New Account." Follow the instructions on the next page.
-If you have an Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance plan: Go to www.anthem.com/planfinder and sign in with your Anthem ID number (found on the back of your ID card). Select "Premiums & Services" from the menu on the left, then select "Patient Portal." On the Patient Portal

To access the Patient Portal, visit www.myhealth.gov.uk and click on "Patient Portal."
To login, enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Login."
