If you are a patient at Sinai Hospital, you can use their Patient Portal to access your medical records, schedule appointments, and communicate with your healthcare team. To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1.Go to www.sinai-hospital.org and click on the "Patient Portal" tab in the header bar on the left side of the page.
2.Enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button.

4.On the main Patient Portal page, scroll down until you see the "My Health Records" section and click on it to open your records. You can view all of your records by clicking on any of the blue icons next to each one. You can also download a copy of any record that you would like by clicking on the "Download" button next to it.
