How to change your password

3. If you do not have an Old Navy account, create one now by clicking the Create an Account button on the left side of the page.
4. Click Change Password in the top right corner of the page.
5. Enter your current password into the Password field and new password into the New Password field, and click Change Password.
6. Click Log Out in the top right corner of the page to return to your original page.
How to update your contact information

2. Click on the Profile tab.

How to unsubscribe from Old Navy Email Updates
If you no longer want to receive email updates from Old Navy, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions below.
