Unifi Cloud Access Portal How to Login
If you are not familiar with Unifi Cloud Access Portal, it is a web-based interface that allows users to manage their Unifi network from any device.
To access the Unifi Cloud Access Portal, users must first login. The login process is simple and requires only a username and password.
Once logged in, users can access all of the features of the Unifi Cloud Access Portal. This includes managing their devices, settings, and accounts; viewing logs; and more.
Create a Unifi Account
If you're new to Unifi, creating an account is the first step. You can sign up for a new account or access your existing account from the Unifi Cloud Access Portal. Here's how:
1. Open the Unifi Cloud Access Portal at https://cloudaccess.unifi.com/.
2. In the top left corner, click Accounts.
3. In the Accounts list, select your account name.
4. On the Account details page, enter your email address and password. Click Log in to complete the sign-in process.

How to Sign In to Your Unifi Cloud Access Portal
If you’re not sure how to sign in to your Unifi Cloud Access Portal, this guide will show you how. First, open your web browser and go to the Unifi Cloud Access Portal at https://portal.unifi.com/.
Once you’re on the portal, click on the Login link in the top right corner. This will take you to a login page.
To sign in, enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Sign In button. You’ll then be taken to the login page for your Unifi account.
If you don’t have an Unifi account yet, you can create one now by clicking on the Create An Account link in the top right corner of the portal.
Navigate to the My Home Page
Click on the Login link in the top right corner
Enter your user name and password
Click on the Login button.
If you're having trouble logging in, please check that you have followed all of the installation steps and that you're using the latest version of Unifi Cloud Access Portal. If you still can't log in, please reach out to their support team for help.
Change Your Password
If you have not done so already, please change your Unifi Cloud Access Portal password. To do this, open the Unifi Cloud Access Portal and click on the Login link in the top-left corner. Enter your user name (the username that you used when you created your Unifi account) and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the Log In button. Next, go to Account Settings and change your password to something more secure. Note that if you forget your Unifi Cloud Access Portal password, you will need to create a new user name and password before logging in again.
Sign Out of Your Unifi Account
If you are not using the cloud access portal, you may want to sign out. This will stop Unifi from using your account for future requests.
To sign out:
-In the upper right corner of the home screen, click your name.
-On the menu that opens, click Account Settings.
-On the Account Settings page, under Use Cloud Access Portal, click Sign Out.
Reset your Password

First, open the Cloud Access Portal at https://login.unifi.com/. Next, click on the Account link in the top right corner of the page. From here, click on the Password reset link in the menu bar.
You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Once you have done this, your password will be reset and you will be able to login to the Cloud Access Portal again.
Change your Email Address

If you’d like to view or change your personal information in the Unifi Cloud Access Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Unifi Cloud Access Portal.
2. Click on your name at the top of the page.
3. On the left-hand side of the page, under “My Account”, click on “Personal Info”.
4. In the “Personal Info” section, you can view your username, password and email address. You can also change your password if you have forgotten it.
5. If you would like to unsubscribe from their email notifications, click on “Unsubscribe” next to the email address that we have registered with them for this purpose.
Activate Advanced Features on Your Account

The following advanced features are available on Unifi Cloud Access Portal accounts:

To activate these features, log in to your account and click the "Advanced Features" link under the main menu. From here, you can choose which features you'd like to enable.
