How to login to the Np Student Portal
The Np Student Portal is a online portal that allows students to access their academic records, student services and resources, and more.
To login to the Np Student Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the website www.npstudentportal.com.
2. In the top left corner of the screen, click on the "Login" button.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Login" button.
4. You will be redirected to the main menu of the Np Student Portal.
5. On the main menu, click on "My Account."
6. On the "My Account" page, you will see your username and password in the "Login" field. Use these values to log in to your account on other websites that use Np Student Portal authentication codes (for example, Canvas).
How to access your account

How to manage your student portal profile
If you are a current student at Northeastern University and have a Northeastern ID number, your profile is already set up on the Np Student Portal. If you are not a current Northeastern student, or if you do not have a Northeastern ID number, please follow the steps below to set up your profile on the Np Student Portal.
1. Log in to the Np Student Portal using your Northeastern ID number and password.
2. If you are not already registered for an account on the Np Student Portal, click on “Register New Account” in the top-right corner of the page and follow the instructions.
3. Once you have registered for an account on the Np Student Portal, click on “Your Profile” in the top-left corner of the page to view your profile.
To manage your profile on the Np Student Portal, you will need to: - Update your contact information (name, phone number, email address) - Add a summary of your academic experience (maximum 500 words) - Add a photo (maximum 200 pixels wide by 200 pixels high) - Add additional content (up to 500 words
How to request a change of address
If you are a National Programs student and need to update your address, you can request a change of address through the NP Student Portal. To do this, first login to the NP Student Portal and click on My Account in the top menu. Then, under My Academics, click on Change of Address. You will be prompted to enter your current address and email address. Once you have entered these details, click on the Submit button to submit your request.
How to report a concern
If you have a concern that you believe may violate the Code of Conduct or Policy, please follow these steps:
1. Identify the policy or code of conduct that you believe has been violated.
2. Explain what happened and how it impacted you.
3. Include any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or recordings.

How to get support from the Np Student Portal
If you're having trouble logging in to the Np Student Portal, or need help finding your account information, follow these steps:

2. Click on the blue "Support" button in the main toolbar. The Support Center will open.
3. In the Support Center, click on "Login." You will be prompted to enter your NetID and password. If you don't have a NetID yet, you can create one through the My Academics section of the portal. After you login, you will be taken to the "My Academics" page where you can find your account information and course listings.
