Login to Cisco Unity Self Care Portal
If you have not already logged in to your Cisco Unity Self Care Portal, you can do so by following these steps:
1. From your desktop or laptop computer, open the web browser and navigate to the https://selfcare.cisco.com website.
2. Enter your user name and password (if you have registered for an account) and click the login button.
3. On the welcome screen, click the Login with LinkedIn button and enter your LinkedIn credentials.

Navigate to the Home Page
On the left hand side, you will see a banner reading "Cisco Unity Self Care Portal".
Clicking on this banner will take you to the Cisco Unity Self Care Portal. This portal is a one-stop shop for managing your employee's health and well-being. The login screen will appear.
Enter your username (Email address) and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button. You will be taken to the main screen of the Cisco Unity Self Care Portal.
To access the different sections of this portal, select an area from the top menu bar: Administration, Reports and Tools, My Services, or Web Access. Each section has its own set of menus and options.
To navigate between these menus, use the arrows to the left and right of each menu item. You can also use the keyboard shortcuts CTRL+F (for Find) and CTRL+G (for Go To).

4. In the Connect With Friends pane, click Add Friend to add a friend or colleagues using their Cisco Unity user name and password (if they have supplied them).
5. If a friend has already been added, they will be listed in the Connect With Friends pane and you can start chatting with them by clicking on their name and then clicking Chat Now.
Manage My Care Plans

1. Click on the Cisco Unity icon in your notification area (the blue bubble with a white cross in it).
