Northampton Primary Care is excited to launch their new patient portal which provides patients with an online way to view their medical record, book appointments, and communicate with the healthcare team. To get started, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in using your Northampton Primary Care account number and password.
2. Click on the 'My Account' tab on the left side of the screen.
3. Under 'View Medical Record', select 'My Medical Record'.
4. Click on the 'Book Appointments' button to book appointments or contact the healthcare team.
How to login to the Northampton Primary Care Patient Portal
If you are a registered patient with Northampton Primary Care, you can login to the Patient Portal to access your health records, view your appointment history and more. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in using your email address and password.
2. If you have forgotten your password, please contact them at [email protected] for assistance.
How to find your medical records
If you have been a patient at Northampton Primary Care for at least three months, please use their patient portal to access your medical records. You can find the patient portal by clicking on this link: https://patientportal.northamptonpc.nhs.uk/. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your medical records, including any tests and consultations that we have done on you.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information, you can update it by logging into the Northampton Primary Care Patient Portal and clicking on "Edit Profile." On the "Profile" page, click on the "Contact Info" tab and complete the fields. If you have not changed your contact information, you can leave all of the fields blank.

How to access your medication history
If you are a Northampton Primary Care Patient and have been given a Medication History Form, you can login to the portal to view your records. To login, go to: https://www.northamptonshirepc.nhs.uk/patientportal/login.aspx and sign in with your patient number and password. First, you can visit the website at www.northamptonshirepc.nhs.uk and click on the link that says "Get started…" This will take you to a page where you can sign in and create a new account.
If you have already created an account, you can log in by entering your user name and password in the appropriate fields on the main page of the portal.
