How to login to the Vantage Provider Portal
If you are new to the Vantage Provider Portal, or have forgotten your login credentials, follow these steps to retrieve them:
1. Navigate to the Vantage Provider Portal home page.

Enter your VantageProvider Portal User ID and Password in the login form. Click the Authorize Changes button. The Authorization Results screen will display the results of the authorization process. If the authorization was successful, the screen will indicate as such, and you will be able to make changes to your personal information. If the authorization was not successful, an error message will be displayed. You may need to contact your VantageProvider Portal administrator for assistance.

To view your benefits, sign in to the Vantage Provider Portal.
