How to login to Myfactory Partner Portal
If you are a Myfactory Partner and have not logged in to the portal yet, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to www.myfactorypartner.com and login with your Myfactory Partner account credentials.
2. Click on the “Portal” link in the top navigation bar.
3. On the Portal page, click on the “Login” link in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Enter your Myfactory Partner login credentials and click on the “Log In” button.
How to find your Myfactory Partner ID and Password
If you have not already created a Myfactory Partner account, please follow these instructions to create one. First, go to the Myfactory Portal and sign in. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and then click on Edit Profile. In the Edit Profile screen, under "Profile Settings", click on MyFactory Partners. On the MyFactory Partners screen, under "MyFactory Partners ID" type in your MyFactory Partner ID and click on save. Next, under "MyFactory Partners Password" type in your MyFactory Partner password and click on save.
How to change your Myfactory Partner ID and Password
If you have forgotten your Myfactory Partner Portal login ID or password, follow these steps:
1. Visit the "My Account" page on the Myfactory Partner Portal.
2. Click on the "Forgotten Password" link in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address and click on the "Reset Password" button.
4. Enter your new Myfactory Partner Portal login ID and password into the fields provided and click on the "Reset Password" button again.
How to update your contact information
If you would like to update your contact information on MyfactoryPartner Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to MyfactoryPartner Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the page.
3. In the "My Account" section, click on "Contact Info".
4. On the "Contact Info" page, you will see all of your current contact information. You can edit and/or delete any of your contact information by clicking on the appropriate link.
5. Once you have updated your information, click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
How to print or export your Myfactory Partner Activity Log
If you have lost your Myfactory Partner login credentials, or if you just want to print or export your activity log for future reference, follow these steps:
1. From the Myfactory Portal home page, click the "Activity Log" link in the top left corner.
2. In the Activity Log window, click the "Print" or "Export" button next to your username.
3. In the "Print" window, select a printer from the list and check the box next to it. Click OK to print your activity log.
4. In the "Export" window, select a file format from the list and click OK. Your activity log will be exported to that file format.
How to suspend or terminate your Myfactory Partner account
If you need to suspend or terminate your Myfactory Partner account for any reason, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your Myfactory Partner account.
2. Click on the "Settings" button in the top right corner of the page.
3. Under "Account Status", click on the "Suspend/Terminate Account" link.
4. Follow the instructions on the page to suspend or terminate your account.
How to dispute an invoice
If you have a dispute with an invoice, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Myfactory Partner Portal.
2. Click the Dispute Invoice link on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
