How to login to your Sandvik Portal
If you have forgotten your login credentials, or if you just need to reset them, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Portal account at www.sandvik.com/portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Login" link in the upper left corner of the screen.
4. Enter your Portal login credentials and click on the "Log In" button to verify your entry.
5. If you need to reset your login credentials, click on the "Reset Login Credentials" link in the "My Account" page, and enter your new password in the appropriate fields.
How to sign in from a mobile device
To sign in from a mobile device, you can use the Sandvik Portal app. After downloading the app and opening it, sign in using your email address and password. If you have not already set up an account, you will be prompted to do so.
How to sign in from a computer
To sign in to your Sandvik Portal using a computer, first open your browser and navigate to the website:

In the top right corner of the screen, click on the “Login” button.
Enter your username and password. Your login credentials will be stored in encrypted form, and they will not be visible to other people who may access your account.

How to contact Sandvik Support
If you have an urgent question or need support, please visit their Sandvik Portal. The portal is a one-stop-shop for accessing customer service, technical support and product information.
You can find the portal at sandvik.com/portal.
To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Enter your email address and password in the login form on the top left corner of the portal homepage. If you have forgotten your password, click the password reset link on the login form and enter your email address and new password in the corresponding fields. You will receive an email notification with a link to reset your password.
2. Click on My Account in the menu bar on the left side of the screen to access your account details. You can use this information to login to other Sandvik applications or services.
3. To get help with theming the portal, click on Get Help in the menu bar and select a topic from one of their help topics.
