If you are having trouble logging into the Medway Portal, there are a few things that you can do to try and resolve the issue. First, make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed on your computer. If you don't have Flash installed, you can download it from Adobe's website. Next, check to see if your web browser is configured to accept cookies. If you're not sure how to configure your web browser, you can find instructions on the Mozilla website. If neither of these solutions works, try signing in using a different account.
