Vitelity Portal is a web-based software that allows businesses to manage their contact information and relationships with customers. If you are new to Vitelity Portal, we have created this article to show you how to login and create your first account.
Vitelity Portal Overview
If you have never used Vitelity Portal, you first need to create an account. Once you have an account, you can login and access all of the features of the portal. To login, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields on the login screen. You can also click the Log In link at the top of any page to automatically log in using your username and password.
How to login to Vitelity Portal
To login to Vitelity Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click the Login link on the top right corner of the Vitelity Portal home page.
2. Enter your username and password in the login form, and then click Log In.
3. You will be taken to the main Vitelity Portal page.
How to manage your account
If you ever forget your Vitelity login information, don't worry! Here are a few steps to help you get back into your account.
1. First, try entering your email address and password into the sign in page on vitelity.com. If that doesn't work, try the reset password link on the account management page.
2. If you still can't login, contact Vitelity customer support for assistance. They'll be able to help you reset your password or figure out what happened and how to fix it.
How to update your contact information
If you want to update your contact information or change your username, you can login to Vitelity Portal and do so.
To login to Vitelity Portal, click the Login link on the top right of the home page and enter your User Name and Password. Once you've logged in, click on the My Account link on the top menu bar to view your account information. To update your contact information, click on the Edit Profile link next to your name. You'll be able to update your name, email address, telephone number and company information.
How to unsubscribe from updates and newsletters
If you would like to unsubscribe from updates and newsletters, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Profile" tab located on the top right-hand side of the Vitelity Portal homepage.
2. On the My Profile page, under "Settings," click on "Notifications."
3. In the "Notifications" section, find and click on the link for "Newsletter."
4. Under "Unsubscribe from this Newsletter," click on the blue "Unsubscribe" button.
