Accessing case information
If you are a member of the public and would like to access case information maintained by the Massachusetts Judiciary, you can do so by logging in to the public portal. The login process is simple and can be done by following these steps:
1. In order to log in, you will first need to create an account on the portal. To create an account, please click on the "Sign In" button located at the top right-hand corner of this page. You will then be directed to a page where you will be able to enter your name, email address, and password. After you have entered these details, click on the "Create Account" button to finish signing up for an account.
2. Once you have created an account, you will be able to access all of the case information that is available on the public portal. To access this information, please click on the "Case Information" tab located at the top of this page. From here, you will be able to browse through all of the case information that is currently available on the portal.

- The case's title and docket number
- A brief summary of the facts of the case
- A link to a transcript of any hearings held in connection with the case
