If you are looking to login to the Loughborough Application Portal, you can do so in a number of ways. The quickest way is to use your student number and password as detailed below. How to login to Loughborough Application Portal
In order to access the Loughborough Application Portal, individuals need to create a user account and login. Once logged in, they can access the main menu and select "Applications". From here, they can select the "Loughborough Application Portal" link to be taken to the application portal.
To login, individuals need to enter their email address and password. The email address is used to identify the user when making requests to the application portal, and the password is used to protect their account from unauthorized use.
Create an Account
If you are not already a Loughborough student, you will need to create an account. Please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyLoughborough account.
2. Click on the 'Account' tab at the top of the screen and select 'Create an Account'.
3. Fill out the required information and click on 'Create Account'.
4. You will now be prompted to confirm your email address. Please click on the link in the email and enter your password to complete the process.
5. Your account has now been created and you can start using the portal!

Log In
To login to the Loughborough Application Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the Login link located in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password in the respective fields and click on the Log In button.
3. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in with your academic username and password. Please note that if you have forgotten your username or password, you can find instructions on how to reset them here.
Access Your Application
If you have registered with the Loughborough Application Portal and have an account, you can log in to access your application. To log in, click on the login link in the top right corner of the home page. You will be asked to enter your username and password. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking on the create an account link in the top right corner of the home page.
View Your Application Status
If you have applied to study at Loughborough University, you can view your application status on the Loughborough Application Portal. Log in using your student number and password. You will be prompted to select an application stage - we suggest selecting 'Application Complete'. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of your applications. The first application is usually the most recent, so use the buttons at the top of the page to navigate to older applications or view details for each application. You can also download applications as PDFs or Microsoft Word documents. Finally, don't forget to check your application status again occasionally - it may change as new information becomes available.
Update Your Application Information
Login to your Loughborough Application Portal account by clicking the "Log In" link in the top right corner of any page. Once you have logged in, you will see the "Application Portal Home Page" which will look like this:
The top row of icons on the left-hand side of the page are called "My Applications." Click on one of these icons to view information about your current application, or to make changes to it. The icons in the middle row are called "My Accounts." If you have multiple applications open at once, you can log in to each one by clicking on its corresponding icon. The bottom row of icons is called "Settings." Click on this icon to access your account's settings.
To update your application information, click on the "My Applications" icon and then click on the "Edit My Application Information" link. This will take you to a new page where you can enter your application information. You will need to fill out all of the fields on this page, including your name, email address, and contact information. You can also select which courses you want to apply for. Once you have filled out all of the fields, click on the "Save Changes" button
Cancel Your Application
If you have made any changes to your application, you can cancel it by clicking on the Cancel Application button at the top of the page.
You will then be given the option to either return to the original application or start a new one. If you choose to start a new application, all of your information will be completely fresh.
Transfer Applications to Another University
If you are transferring to Loughborough, your application will need to be transferred to their website. Follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the portal using your student number and password.
2. Click on the "Application Transfer" tab on the left-hand side of the portal.
3. Select the course you are transferring from and the course you are transferring to.
4. Enter your UCAS Personal Statement and indicate whether you require a reference letter.
5. Click "Submit Application."
6. You will receive an email notification once your application has been processed.
Future Updates
The Loughborough Application Portal is currently under development and due for release in the coming months. In the meantime, we have put together a few helpful tips on how to login to the Portal.
Firstly, you will need to create an account on their website. Once you have logged in, click on the 'login' button located at the top right of the screen.
Next, enter your user name (e.g. "username") and password (e.g. "password"). You will then be taken to a page where you can verify your email address. Click on the 'login' button again to continue.
