How to login to your Heart Center Portal
Login to your Heart Center Portal by going to http://portal.heartcentercity.org and clicking on the login link at the top of the page.
Your username is your email address, and your password is your first and last name, with a space between each word.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the account activation link in the login box and enter your email address and password to activate your account.
Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu bar at the top of the page.
To get to your My Profile page, click on My Profile in the menu bar at the top of the page.
This will take you to a page where you can update your contact information, add or change blog posts, or manage your subscriptions.
You can also access other important features of the Heart Center Portal by clicking on My Settings in the menu bar at the top of the page.

How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information within the Heart Center Portal, you may need to update your login information as well. To update your login information, go to the My Account section of the portal and click on Login. On the Login page, enter your current email address in the Email Address field and your new password in the New Password field. Then click on Update Profile.

How to report a problem
If you have a problem logging in to the Heart Center Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click the “Report a Problem” link on the homepage.
2. Enter your login information and click “Submit.”
3. Follow the instructions provided to submit a ticket or make a request.
