Azure portal is a cloud-based management portal for Azure Infrastructure components. In this article, we will show you how to login to Azure Portal.
Azure Portal Login

In this article, we will show you how to login to your Azure Portal. The steps are the same no matter which portal you are using: azure.com, aad.windows.net, or powershell.org/azure.
To login to your Azure Portal:
1. Open your browser and go to azure.com or one of the other portals listed above.
2. In the upper right corner, click the Log In link.
3. Enter your username and password and click Login.
Once you've logged in, you will see the main menu with links to all of the different areas of Azure Portal: Clouds, Services, Accounts, and Tools. On the left side of the menu is a list of menus with more options specific to each area of the portal (for example, Accounts has menus for creating accounts and managing user accounts). In addition, on the top toolbar is a menu with links to all of the main sections in Azure Portal (Clouds, Services, Accounts, Tools).
Azure Portal Users
If you're new to Azure Portal, or just need a refresher on how to login, this blog post is for you. To login to your account, follow these simple steps:
1. In the top left corner of the portal, click the gear icon and select Settings.
2. On the Settings page, under Account type, select Azure Portal from the list of accounts.
3. In the Username field, enter your login credentials for your Azure account. If you don't have an Azure account yet, create one now at azure.com.
4. In the Password field, enter your password for your Azure account.
5. Click Sign in. If you're already logged in, you'll be prompted to log out and sign in again with your new credentials.
Azure Portal Roles
If you are an administrator of Azure resources, you're probably familiar with the Azure Portal. This web-based management interface gives you a broad overview of your organization's Azure deployments, provides access to features and tools, and lets you manage users and groups. In this article, we'll show you how to login to the Azure Portal.
To login to the Azure Portal, open your browser and type azureportal.com in the address bar. You'll see the Welcome to the Azure Portal page. Click Sign In at the top of this page. The Azure Portal will take you to a login screen where you can enter your user name and password. If you are not an administrator of Azure resources, or if you want to explore some other parts of the portal, click Try It Out at the top of this page.
You can also use your web browser to sign in to the Azure Portal by following these steps:
1. Navigate to https://portal.azure.com/.
2. Enter your user name and password into the sign-in form on the home page of the portal.
3. Click SIGN IN at the top of this page to sign in
Managing Users and Groups in Azure portal
Login into Azure portal by using your login credentials. If you have not already created a user in Azure portal, you can create one now.
Connecting Your Office Account to Azure portal
If you are an Office 365 customer, you can connect your Office account to Azure portal. This will allow you to access your data in Azure, manage resources in Azure, and schedule updates in your Office 365 account from within Azure portal. You do not need a separate account for Azure.
To connect your Office 365 account to Azure portal:
1. In the upper-left corner of the Azure portal, click Sign In.
2. In the sign-in screen, type your Office 365 login name and password. If you have multiple accounts with Microsoft, select the account you want to connect to Azure portal from the drop-down list. (If you don't have an Office 365 account, click Create New Account and follow the instructions.)
3. After you sign in, a list of your Office 365 services appears. The first time you connect to Azure portal, a few minutes might be required for all of your data to be synchronized with Azure.
4. In the left column of the main pane, expand All services and then select My organization.

Previewing or Deleting a Document
If you want to preview a document before you actually upload it, or if you want to delete a document you've already uploaded, you can login to the Azure Portal and do one of the following:
Previewing a Document Before Uploading: If you're viewing a document that's already been uploaded, you can preview it by clicking on the "Preview" link next to the document's name. This will open the document in a new window, so that you can continue editing it while previewing it. Once you're happy with your edits, click on the "Upload" button to send your changes upstream. Deleting a Document After Uploading: If you've uploaded a document but later decide that you no longer want it, you can delete it by clicking on the "Delete" link next to its name. This will remove the document from all of your resources, including any backups that may have been made.
Navigating through Files in a Folder
Azure Portal provides a variety of ways to explore files and folders. In this article, we'll walk you through the different ways to navigate through files and folders in Azure Portal.
To open a file or folder in Azure Portal, click on its name in the left-hand navigation pane. You can then browse the file or folder contents.
If you want to view the contents of a file or folder as a list, click on the "List" button next to it. This will open the file or folder in a new window.
If you want to export the contents of a file or folder, click on the "Export" button next to it. This will open a dialog box where you can choose which files and folders you want to export.
