How to login to Lima Portal
If you are new to Lima Portal, or are having difficulty logging in, we have provided a few tips below.
To login to Lima Portal, you will first need to create an account. You can do this by clicking on the "Create Account" button located in the upper-right corner of the portal homepage. Once you have created your account, you will need to enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the "Forgot Your Password" link located in the upper-right corner of the login page and follow the instructions provided.
If you are already logged in to Lima Portal, but are having difficulty accessing certain features or pages, please try one of these troubleshooting tips:
1) Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet and that your browser is up-to-date.
2) Try refreshing the page or closing and reopening your browser windows.
3) Try using a different web browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
4) Check if you have pop-ups blocking some of the content on Lima Portal. To disable pop-ups for specific sites, go to Settings -> Security -> Pop-ups and disable
How to create an account
Creating an account on the Lima Portal is easy and free. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the homepage of the Lima Portal and click on "Create an account."
2. Enter your name, email address, and password in the appropriate fields. You can also choose to have a password reset sent to your email address if you forget your password.
3. Click on "Create an account." Your new account will be created and you will be redirected to the login page.
How to password protect your account
If you just created an account on the Lima Portal and have not yet logged into it, you need to do so now. To password protect your account, follow these steps:
1. In the upper-right corner of the Lima Portal home screen, click on the "Settings" button.
2. On the Settings screen, scroll down to the "Login" section and click on the "New Password" link.
3. Enter a new password in the "New Password" field and confirm it by clicking on the "Button" next to it.
4. Click on the "Login With New Password" button to log in with your new password.
5. If you need to reset your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link in the "Login?" section of the Settings screen and enter your old password in the "Reset Password" field.
How to edit your account information
If you have questions about your account or need to update your personal information, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar.
3. Under "Your Account," click on "Edit Profile."

How to delete your account
If you want to delete your account on the Lima Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the portal and select "My Account" from the top menu.
2. Click on the "Account Details" link next to your username.
3. Under "Account Status", select "Deleted".
4. Click on the "Delete Account" button to confirm your decision.
How to change your email address
If you have ever changed your email address at any time in the past, you can do it on the Lima Portal too. Here's how:
1. On the left side of the main screen, under "My Account", click "Change Your Email Address".
2. In the new window that opens, type in your new email address and click "Next".
3. On the next window, review your changes and click "Submit".
4. You'll now receive an email notification with a link to confirm your changes. Click on the link to complete the process.
How to change your password
In order to change your password on the Lima Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Account" link in the menu bar at the top of the homepage.
2. On the My Account page, click on the "Password" link in the sidebar.
3. Enter your current password in the "New Password" box and click on the "Change Password" button.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" box and click on the "Change Password" button.
5. Click on the "Log Out" button at the bottom of the page to confirm that you have changed your password and logged out of your account.
