Hello, welcome to their Information Services Portal. Our goal is to provide you with easy-to-use access to a variety of different information services. If you have any questions or problems accessing any of the services on their portal, please donβt hesitate to contact them.
In this article, we will show you how to login to their portal and use the various resources that are available.
First, you will need to create a user account. To do this, click on the βCreate Accountβ link in the header area of the homepage. You will need to provide your name, email address, and password. Make sure that you remember your password β if you forget it, you can reset it by clicking on the βForgot Your Password?β link in the login page and entering your email address and password. Once you have created your account, you will be able to access all of the resources on their portal!
How to login to Information Services Portal
If you are a faculty or staff member and have not already logged in, please do so now. You can access the portal at https://portal.inets.uiowa.edu/. Once you have logged in, please use the menu on the left to select "Staff & Faculty." On the " Staff & Faculty" page, you will see a blue box with a white arrow in it. This is your login box. The following information will help you log in:
-Your full name (first and last)
-Your email address
-Your password
Once you have logged in, please click on the "My Profile" link on the left menu. This will take you to your personal profile page. On this page, you will see a list of all of your current assignments and courses. You can also find information about your position and the department(s) where you work. In addition, you can view your ratings and reviews, update your contact information, and more!
How to reset your password
If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Log in to your account at the portal.
2. Click on the βForgot Your Password?β link in the main menu.
3. Enter your email address and click on the βReset My Passwordβ button.
4. Enter your new password twice and click on the βUpdate My Accountβ button.
How to change your email address
If you want to change your email address, you can do so by logging into the portal and clicking on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the homepage. There, you'll find a form where you can enter your new email address. Once you've updated your information, please notify us at [email protected] if you'd like to have your old email address removed from their records.
How to unsubscribe from their email notifications
If you no longer want to receive email notifications from us, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at the information services portal.
2. Under "My Account," select "Settings."
3. Under "Email Notifications," select the check box next to "Email notifications."
4. Click on the "Unsubscribe" link in the email notification email.
