If you are looking to access the Kincare Staff Portal, there are a few different ways you can do so. The first way is to login using your email address and password. How to login to Kincare Staff Portal
If you are new to Kincare Staff Portal, or have forgotten your login information, follow these simple steps to retrieve it.
1. Click the โLoginโ button on the top right-hand corner of the main portal screen.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click the โloginโ button.
3. You will now be taken to the login page for your account. At this point, simply enter your email address in the โEmail Addressโ field and click the โsubmitโ button. You are now logged in and ready to start working on your account!
How to add a new user
If you are a Kincare Staff Member and need to create a new account, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of any page on the website.
2. Enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields.
3. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the "My Profile" page. Here you can update your contact information and other details about yourself.
4. If you need to create a new account for a client or patient, click on the "New User" link next to the client's or patient's name to begin the process.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, you can do so through the Kincare Staff Portal. Here's how:
1. Log in to the Staff Portal using yourusername and yourpassword. If you have not already registered for an account on the Staff Portal, you will need to do so before proceeding.
2. Click on "My Profile" in the top navigation bar.
3. Under "Personal Info," click on "Password."
4. Enter your old password and new password (both of which must be at least 8 characters long) into the appropriate fields and click "Change Password." Your new password will now be displayed under "My Profile" in the top navigation bar.
How to manage your account
If you have not already done so, please create an account on their new Kincare Staff Portal. Once you have created your account, follow these steps to login:
1. Click the "Login" link in the top left corner of their website.
2. Enter your Username and Password in the respective textboxes and click "Log In." You will now be directed to the "My Account" page.
3. On this page, click on the "Activities" tab.
4. On the Activities tab, you will see a list of all of your recent activity on their website - including posts, comments, and shares. Click on any of these items to view more details about that activity.
5. Finally, under the "My Profile" heading, you can update your personal information (name, email address, etc.), as well as manage your user profile settings (profile picture, bio, etc.).

How to disable email notifications
If you would like to disable email notifications for your Kincare Staff Portal account, follow these steps:
From your account home page, click on the "Settings" button in the top right corner. This will take you to the Settings page for your account. Under "Account and Settings," find the "Notifications" section and uncheck the box next to "Email Notifications." You can now optionally choose to have email notifications sent to a different address (such as your personal email address) by clicking on the "Change Notification Address" link.

If you no longer want to receive emails from Kincare, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions below:
1. Go to the "My Account" page on their website.
2. In the "Email Preferences" section, under "Kincare Category," select "Newsletter."
