If you're a patient at Pfc, and you want to access their patient portal, you'll need to login first. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Patient Portal home page.
2. Click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the home page.
3. Enter your user name and password into the appropriate fields, and click on the "Login" button.
4. You'll be taken to the "My Account" page. On this page, you'll be able to see all of your account information, including your login credentials.

How to delete your Pfc Profile
If you no longer need or want your Pfc Profile on the website, you can delete it by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account at https://patientportal.accesshealthnetwork.org/profile/.
2. Click "Profile" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the "Profile Settings" page, click the "Delete Profile" link in the "Profile Information" column.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the deletion process.
