How to login to Jackson Care Connect
If you are new to Jackson Care Connect, or if you have forgotten your login information, we have provided instructions on how to login below. If you need to reset your password, please follow the instructions in the "Reset Your Password" section below.
1. Log in to your account at jacksoncareconnect.org with your username and password. If you do not remember your username or password, please click on the "Forgot Your Username or Password?" link at the top of the page and enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields. You will then be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you're looking for a list of Jackson Care Connect providers, you can use the Provider Portal. Log in using your email address and password. Once you're logged in, click on the "Provider Directory" tab to find a provider near you.
How to book appointments
The Jackson Care Connect Provider Portal provides access to appointment booking tools for providers. Providers can use the portal to book appointments, view appointment history, and manage their account.
To login to the provider portal, providers should enter their username and password in the login form on the homepage. After logging in, providers can navigate to the appointment booking section of the portal to make or update appointments.

6.Enter your contact information and click on the "Submit" button.
7.You will now be able to access all of the resources available through that provider on the "Provider Details" page.
